Portland-based Filmed By Bike is calling for entries again! Submissions are due by February 15 and limited to eight minutes. A small jury reviews hundreds of films and selects roughly 30 films for the festival, which will take place April 17-23 in Portland. If you’re within riding distance or feel like a trip to Oregon, I highly suggest checking out this independent festival!
