With 20-degree weather, gusting winds and our first snowfall, The Royal Flush Poker Run was better than we imagined! Over 80 people from all over New England collected cards, drank beer, ate burritos, completed the Poker Run and partied their arse’s off. Congrat’s to Jeff for holding the best hand and taking home the Bailey Works Super Pro and the First Annual Royal Flush trophy! Peep our photo set and check out the play-by-play below:

Our crew rolled into Copley at 4p on the dot to be welcomed by a crowd! Steve was in charge of crowd control:

Girls and boys hustled around the city cloggin doorways, drinking beers and collecting cards for a few hours.

Jimmy seems to always be making the ladies smile, he’s such a charmer:

Everyone made a huge mess eating (100!) burritos and drinking PBR with Marty at his Geekhouse shop. Earlier in the week, Marty kindly welded together the craziest trophy EVER (see it in Jeff’s hands above!)

Well, over ONE HUNDRED people made it to Middlesex for the After-Party & Boldsprints. Boldsprints were insane, we threw t-shirts to the crowd like rockstars and everyone made a new friend:

Our own Brek. One was crazier on the wheels than anyone on the rollers! DJ Frank White (not pictured) stopped in after his trip to the Boston Music Awards and laid down a little heavy metal for the race and we even had our Video Crew of One, Steven ‘Stebs’ on hand:

We crushed the rollers all night long, even a few tandem races went down!

And then there was the epic “Shop Battle” between Zack & Josh, who went head-to-head after shots of whiskey while sitting on the rollers:

…Zack finally took first overall in a Boldsprints event! It was definitely OPEN’s night!
The night got pretty out of control, but that was the point!

By the end of the night, we gave out TONS of stuff – 3 BaileyWorks bags, a Chrome bag & pouches, Kryptonite locks, a Geekhouse trophy, a Swrve baselayer & caps, Knog lights & hats, 5 helmets from Burton RED, (2) $100 gift certificates to Concepts, all sorts of Creep Street gear, a handmade Joker cap by Kaiko, Luigi Hip tee’s, Ghostship tee’s (thanks Scorchers!), Justin Keena prints, PBR (beer, tee’s & caps), Miller High Life, 100 Chipotle burritos and gift certificates from Redbones and The Independent!
Special Thanks to:

The whole Middlesex Lounge crew for putting up with all of us rowdy bike kids.
And finally, all of our sponsors, all of you that showed up and all of you that supported our first OPEN Bicycle event – Now Go Ride Your Bike!
